How To: Manage Subscriptions

Need help managing a subscription? Follow these steps:


Step 1: Ensure you are signed in

Once you are signed in and on the channels page you are subscribed to, clicking your profile icon will show you the "Billing" option. Click this to open the page.

Step 2: The Billing Page

Below are example sections of the billing page to help you navigate around. Let's start with updating card details for an existing subscription.

Section: Updating a Subscription Payment Method

Below you will see all your active subscriptions. If you wish to change the card that will be charged for each subscription simply click the edit icon.

Select a new card in your card list for this subscription to charge to and then click save. Otherwise you can click add a new card and follow the process below:

Section: Adding a Subscription Payment Method

Click the "Add Payment Method" button. You will be prompted to enter your card details, please fill these out accurately, any mistakes you will be shown a message to help guide you to fix them.

Note: We support google/apple pay options and instead of entering the card details manually select these to add a new payment method (if available and supported in your region, device and browser version).

Click the "Add Card" button after filling out the required details and your new card will be saved on your account. If you wish to assign this new card to an existing subscription please follow the "Updating a Subscription Payment Method" section above.

Section: Removing a Subscription Payment Method

In order to first remove a payment method you must first ensure the payment method passes the following checks:

  1. You cannot delete the only payment method on file.
  2. You cannot remove your default payment method.
  3. You cannot delete payment methods being used for an active subscription.

If the payment method does not pass these checks please resolve all that apply first.

In order to remove a valid payment method simply click the cards edit icon and then click "Remove Card".

Section: Cancel a Subscription

To cancel a subscription, select the "Cancel Plan" button on the subscription in the list.

NOTE: Once you cancel a subscription it is irreversible- please confirm you wish to cancel the subscription and leave any reasons (optional) as to why you cancelled before proceeding.

Once you click "Confirm Cancellation" your subscription will remain until the current period (based on the subscription) ends. After this if you wish to subscribe again you will need to follow the relevant subscribing steps.

Section: View Invoices

All invoices will be shown at the bottom of the page. Here you will be able to view and download individual invoices for subscriptions. Details contain the price paid, the date paid, and the name of the subscription. For a more indepth invoice you can download the invoice by clicking the "Invoices" button.
