FAQ: Where Do I Find My Customer List?
Need help finding your customer list? Follow these simple steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Ticketing
Access the Creator Portal Dashboard and select the 'Ticketing' option from the 'Monetization' menu on the left side.
This will give you a full customer list providing, email, name, product, product type, whether they opted into marketing, and the date added.
Step 2: Filter by Product Type and Content
To view a filtered customer list, select the white 'Filter | Free tickets' button, followed by selecting the type of filter needed.
Step 3: Exporting the Data
To export all customer data, click on the purple 'Export data' button situation next to the white 'Filter | Free tickets' button.
Once the data has processed, select the download location for the data on your device.
