FAQ: Where Do I See My Analytics?

Need help setting up and selling a Video? Follow these simple steps below:


Log into the Creator Portal, this will take you to the Dashboard.


Option 1: Channel Performance Dashboard

From the Dashboard, find the 'Channel' menu on the left side, and click on 'Analytics'.


This will display your overall Channel Performance/Analytics.

Here, you can see your earnings, tickets issued, plays by device and country, plus individual content views.


Results can be filtered by time period for more detailed data.


Option 2: Content Analytics

For a specific piece of contents analytics, find the 'Content' option from the 'Media' menu on the left hand side of the Dashboard.


Click on the 3 dots next to that piece of content, and select 'Analytics'.

Content analytics

The Analytics Hub will show you the specific results for that piece of content; including your earnings, tickets issued, views, plays by device and country, and plays by region.
