How To: Setup & Sell a Zoom/Webinar

Need help setting up and selling a Webinar/Zoom? Follow these simple steps below:

Step 1: Create your Webinar

Access the Creator Portal Dashboard and click the purple 'Create Content' button.


Select the 'Webinar' option from the available content types.


Step 2: Set Up Webinar Details

Give your Webinar a name, description (optional) and update the artwork (optional).


Step 3: Build Your Webinar in Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet

Using a Webinar software of your choice (Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet), set up a scheduled meeting as normal.


Copy the Invite Link (see below) and input the link into Vidzing within the 'Webinar URL' section of your Webinar.

Step 4: Set Pricing

Set a currency in the 'Price' section.


Click 'Add price' to set a new price. Give your price a label, an amount, and a rental duration (if applicable).

NOTE: If this Webinar will only be available in a Bundle or Course, you can leave Pricing blank.


Step 5: Set Timings and Scheduling

Adjust your timezone (if needed).


Set a start date and time based on the location of your Webinar.


Set the Webinars duration - this can be a rough estimate.


Step 6: Publish or Preview

Change the Status of the content based on if the content is ready to be shared or not.


To preview your content, set the Status to 'Hide'. Save the Webinar, then click on 'Preview' at the top right hand side.


To Publish your content, ready to share, set the Status to 'Publish', then scroll down and click 'Save'.

Step 7: Share Your Webinar

At the top right side of your Webinar set up, click Preview. This will take you to the published webinar.


Copy the unique Vidzing URL from the published Webinar and share this with your audience.
