How To: Edit Your Channel Details

Need help editing your channel details? Follow these simple steps below:

Access the Creator Portal Dashboard and click the 'Settings' option within the

Channel' menu on the left hand side.

Settings allows you to change your channel name, URL, description, and images.

Once you have changed the information, scroll down and click 'Save'.

More advanced settings include status, service fees, timezone, social media and SEO.

Status dictates how people can access your channel:

• Public - Anyone can see your channel and book your content. Your channel will be visible on vidzing.tv and in search results.
• Unlisted - Only people with the link can see your channel. Your channel will not feature on vidzing.tv and will be blocked from search results.
• Private - Only people you invite can access your channel. Invitees must sign-in to Vidzing to access and watch your content. Your channel will not feature on vidzing.tv and will be blocked from search results.

Service fees - All service fees are passed on to the user. When set to Exclusive, Vidzing service fees will be added at checkout. Inclusive will display a single total to the user, including the Vidzing service fee.

Timezone is the default timezone for your channel. This can be changed at an individual content level.

Social Media allows you to input links to your other social media channels/pages or website. These will show at the bottom of your channel.

SEO can be used to optimise search results. By default, these mirror your channel title, description, and banner, but can be updated to optimise results.
