How To: Delete Products
Need help deleting products? Follow these simple steps below:
Deleting products cannot be undone - if you're unsure, change the Status to 'Draft' instead.
Option 1: Delete from Content Library
From the Creator Portal Dashboard, select 'Content' from the menu on the left, under the heading 'Media'.
Navigate to the product you would like to delete using the content type options.
Click the three dots to the right hand side of the product, and select 'Delete' from the options.
Option 2: Delete from Content Set Up
To delete a product from within content set up, there are two options.
Option 1: Click delete on the top, right hand side of the page, above the preview box.
NOTE: If you can't see this button, it is probably hidden under the setup guide. Drag the setup guide to a new position to reveal the delete button.
Option 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click the 3 dots found next to the 'Save' button, and select the 'Delete' option.
