How To: Convert a Live Stream to On-Demand

Need help converting a live steam to on-demand? Follow these simple steps below:

Step 1: Locate the Live Stream

Access the Creator Portal Dashboard and navigate to the 'Content' option underneath the 'Media' menu on the left hand side.

Select the 'Lives' tab from the content types.

Step 2: Convert to VOD

Find the correct live stream, and click the 3 dots to the right hand side.

Select the option 'Convert to VOD'.

Customers who had access to the live stream will still be able to access the VOD once converted.

NOTE: Converting to VOD cannot be undone. This is a one way conversion process.

Step 3: Update Necessary Information (optional)

The converted live stream is now a VOD (video on demand) so is treated like a video.

If needed, update the title, description, price or any other components of the content, then scroll down and click 'Save'.
