How To: Download a Video from Vidzing

Trying to downloading a video that you've purchased? Follow these simple steps:

To get started, let's first navigate to the page of the video content that you'd like to download.

If the video is available to download, there will be a section below the player area with a button like this:

For the modern layout pages, the Download button will be above the "Content details" section:

Make sure you are logged in and also have access to the content. If there is no "Download" button visible, it means the creator has set the video content to only be viewed from on the Vidzing platform.

After locating the Download video section, click the "Download" button. Next you will see a message:

Close the mesasage box. A link will now be sent to you via email.

(This will be sent to the same address that was used to sign up with Vidzing initially)

Now that the download request has been triggered, head to your email inbox to check for a response:

The email from Vidzing will include a button to download the requested video:

The button in the email will open a link in your default browser. Then the video file will save to your downloads folder. If you have trouble locating it, the file will be named "master.mp4" by default.
