How To: Reset Password

Need help resetting your password? Follow these simple steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Sign In Page

Open your web browser and navigate to the Vidzing log in page, or simply click here

Step 2: Navigate to Forgot Password

Select "Sign in with Email"

Select "Forgot your Password?"

Step 3: Enter your email

Enter your email and click "Send reset email"

Step 4: Check Your Email for the Reset Link

Access your email inbox and look for an email from us with the subject "Forgot your Vidzing Password"

NOTE: Please wait up to 10 minutes for this to arrive

Click the link provided in the email. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
If you need to resend the email, use the "Resend Email" option on the password reset page. Only use the latest email received to reset your password.

Be aware that clicking "Resend Email" too many times may result in a temporary lockout from the reset process, lasting up to 24 hours.

Step 5: Enter a New Password

Click on the reset link from the email. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password. Ensure your new password meets the required criteria:

Minimum 8 characters with at least two of the following:

letters, numbers, or special characters (no spaces).
