How To: Give Free Tickets
Need help giving free tickets? Follow these simple steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Ticketing
Access the Creator Portal Dashboard and select the 'Ticketing' option from the 'Monetization' menu on the left side.
This will give you a full customer list providing, email, name, product, product type, whether they opted into marketing, and the date added.
Step 2: Filter by Product Type and Content
To send free tickets, select the white 'Filter | Free tickets' button, followed by selecting the product type you are giving someone a free ticket to.
NOTE: A free ticket can be given for content, a subscription or a pass.

Step 3: Sending a Free Ticket
Once you have selected the content, subscription or pass, you can either enter a list of emails, separated by commas, into the space provided, or you can bulk send free tickets using a CSV file.

Bulk sending free tickets requires a list which includes first name, last name and email.
Either drag and drop, or browse your files to upload the CSV file.
NOTE: You can download our CSV template to create your list. It is found above the bulk uploader shown above.
